Prof. avv. Lotario B. Dittrich

He began his professional career at the family firm. In 2007, he became a Partner at Lombardi Molinari & Associati before moving to BonelliErede. In 2021, he decided to take over the management of the family firm, where his career began.

He is active in the field of litigation, with reference to judgments before the ordinary Courts and the Court of Appeals concerning corporate and commercial law, environmental law and bankruptcy law. He is also active in the field of arbitration, both nationally and internationally, holding the roles of defender and arbitrator.

He is Professor of Civil Procedural Law at the University of Trieste, after having also taught in Como and Milan. From the academic year 2022/2023 he will also be teaching bankruptcy law.

Dr. Pamela Chiaranda

She graduated in May 2022 from Università degli Studi di Trieste with full marks and honours with a dissertation entitled "La cessazione della materia del contendere." She immediately began to collaborate with the Firm as a trainee lawyer. She was admitted to the PhD program in civil procedural law in November 2022 (Trieste/Udine PhD). She deals generally with civil matters, particularly assisting the owner in drafting opinions and drafting acts.
